I believe Kriya yoga has increased my flexibility, reduced stress and created a deeper connection to myself. Rachel creates a supportive environment perfect for my learning of this practice as it is both invigorating and restorative. It's a rejuvenating experience for both my body and mind through a beautiful blend of breathwork meditation and yoga. Highly recommend.

Three years ago a serious accident meant I needed reconstructive surgery to the ligaments of both knees. I had previously been an enthusiastic but not very effective runner. As part of the recovery process I had to learn to run again, and Rachel showed me how to take the opportunity to do it properly. Biomechanical analysis and coaching, as well as strength and flexibility training exercises helped me to recover and develop a more efficient running style. I’m now back to full fitness and hitting personal best times in 10k and half-marathons. Next challenge is an ironman!
