Personal Training

One-to-one functional strength training in my home gym in Mortimer.

One-to-one personalised breathwork, meditation and movement programs. Giving you more grounding, clarity and strength to live life as the best version of yourself.

Yoga / Breathwork

The classes I offer include Kriya, a practice from the Indian Himalayas which awakens and transforms the body and mind to create profound physical and mental shifts. Kriya yoga is a powerful workout that connects body, mind and energy, helping you build strength, focus and resilience.

Sports Therapy

An innovative therapy system designed to restore your nervous system to trust in your body’s ability to perform.

This approach helps you return to what you love most after an injury, leaving you with a deeper understanding of your body for a more successful recovery.

Group Classes

Dynamic outdoor group sessions designed to improve fitness for all levels and ages, with participants ranging in age from 18 to 80!

These sessions combine strength training with bands, bars and bodyweight exercises. Currently running in Mortimer and Silchester.
